This lovely gite has been recently restored to a very good standing, and is situated in ANZEME : a small village 15 minutes from GUERET.
          The nearest supermarket is 15 minutes away in the town of BONNAT or GUERET. In ANZEME, you have 2 small restaurants, a baker shop and a Grocerie.
In ANZEME, we have a very nice view point of the river Creuse, 2 lakes and beaches where it is possible to swim or fish or play tennis, Church   XIIIe century and Ogival bridge XIVe century.
 You can visit the “CASCADES DE MOULINE”, Tuilerie de Pouligny. Of course a visit to Limoges is essential.  The capital of the Limousin region and famous for its fine and unique porcelain.

A typical French kitchen, you’ll find ceramic hob, owen, dish washer, large fridge and freezer, and micro waves. A door leads from the kitchen to the terrace where you have a beautiful view. Of course you can lunch in the terrace, you have the sun until the night.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer located in a separate room

There is a large downstairs living -room with a wonderful view and direct access to the terraces grand and lovely antique furniture.  You have TV and DVD in this room.
The gardens are private  and swimming pool is integrated in the wood terrace.

The bathroom is situated on the ground floor and consist of the bath, twin wash hand basins, and separate toilet
A door leads from the bathroom directly to the terrace.

Upstairs 3 doubles rooms with extra bed, all furnitures with very high standard

How Do I get there? 

The location of the Gite is 45km (45 mins) drive from the A20 (which is  the main route through from Paris to Toulouse).
You will need to exit at Junction 23.

By air there are now direct flights from Stansted Airport, London to Poitiers and also to Limoges, being operated by Ryanairlines
and there is car hire available at the airport.  Poitiers is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive away, and Limoges  is the same

Price per week in Euros

Please supply all your own towels, and tea towels.
Linen can be hired for 7 euros per 2 persons
If you require to have the gite cleaned at the end of the visit a  cleaning charge of 50 euros will be made.
Electric is included up to 8 kw of usage per day after which any extra will be charged at 12 centimes EURO  per kw.
A telephone is available to use upon purchase of a  Cejour Carte (French Telephone card)
